4" X 5" photograph of a special event. There is a crowd of spectators looking up towards the ramparts - they have their backs to the camera. One gentleman is wearing a military dress uniform (navy dress whites?) and is saluting. There is a formation of Citadel cadets at the top of the rampart, possibly a color guard. This may be an event during the Centennial celebrations of the Civil War as the Confederate flag is flying from the flagpole, just visible at top, center.
