Disposable Hemostat 6.5 x 7.75 x 1". Grasping and fixating:Forceps:Hemostat. "Steel and plastic AMP Disposable Hemostat displayed in a Lucite Box. The displayed was used in the first preclinical test January 10-11. 1966 at the Medical College of the University of South Carolina."
