| Description | 1 x 5.25 x 5.25." "Stop watch in silver metal case. developed at the Medical University. This stop watch was the first quick means to determine IV flow rate. pulse and respiration. Nurses always started the count with one when it should start with zero. This device measured the space between the drops and calculated the hourly rate.
