Certificate. The University of Chicago University Clinics. To all whom these presents shall come. Greeting. Be it known that Frederick Evert Kredel, Doctor of Medicine, is granted this certificate for having performed his duties faithfully and satisfactorily in these clinics in the capacity of Resident in Surgery, 1935-1936. In witness whereof we have affixed our hands on this the thirtieth day of June, AD 1936.
