Dear Mayor Lockwood:
In the nam eo fthe local District of teh Zionist ORganization of America, I wish to inform you that at our recent meeting the following Resolution was adopted.
"Be it resolved that the Charleston District of the Zionist Organization of America wishes to go on record as extending to you our heartiest thanks and appreciation for your recent service in participating in the Zionist meeting of our District on December 12, 1943 and your calling and presiding over a luncheon in honor of Rev. Dr. Richard E. Evans."
