"In 1960 Dr. Martin Luther King visited The Citizenship Education Training Center. The purpose of the center was to eliminate illiteracy. The center was located in Liberty County, Georgia. Mrs. [Septima P.] Clark, the woman seated at the head of the table, was the Director of the center."
